PRODUCT WARRANTY

We stand by the quality of our products and offer a 2-Year Warranty on your criela88 online purchase made through criela88.com. This warranty covers issues such as tarnishing, allergic reactions, water damage, and breakage.

How to Use the Warranty:

If you encounter any issues with your jewelry covered by our warranty:

  1. Email us at support@criela88.com with a description of the issue and a picture of the product.
  2. Our team will evaluate your request.
  3. Depending on your country of residence, we will send you a replacement or issue a reimbursement.

Please Note:

  • This warranty does not cover jewelry purchased outside criela88.com or through in-person events.
  • At this time, we are unable to repair broken or damaged jewelry.

Shipping

We provide free shipping on all orders. We use USPS Priority Mail for shipping, which delivers packages within 1-3 business days. We want to ensure your orders reach you promptly and securely.

For order processing, please allow 1-2 business days. Shipping options will be displayed during checkout.

Preorder Information

Sometimes, we can't wait to share our new products with you! Criela88 is a small start-up business, and most of our orders are made to order. To give you early access, certain products are available for preorder before they arrive in our studio. Preordered items will be shipped 1–2 business days after they become available. Please note that expedited shipping is not available for preorder products at this time.
